Powered by Lithium: Clean Electric Cars - Renewables to Get Most of $7.7 Trillion Power Investments

Day by day the last arguments against Electric Cars are becoming the history of arrogance  as technological progress moves us forward to break free from the dependence on fossil fuels. We just do not have any other choice: "Peak Oil Was Just Postponed - IEA Write-down of Two-thirds of US Shale Oil Explodes Fracking Myth."
Bloomberg reports on new very encouraging developments for the Renewables and it will make the energy mix in the grid cleaner, killing the last argument for "Powered by Coal Electric Cars." We are getting ready for the mass market for Electric Cars and whether it will be done by Tesla, Apple, Foxconn or by them all together is only the question of time. International Lithium is getting ready for it as well now.

"Renewable energy may reap as much as two-thirds of the $7.7 trillion in investment forecast for building new power plants by 2030 as declining costs make it more competitive with fossil fuels.
About half of the investment will be in Asia, the region where power capacity will grow the most, according to the forecasts in a report released by Bloomberg New Energy Finance today. That will help global carbon dioxide emissions peak by the end of the next decade the London-based researcher said.
A glut of solar and wind manufacturing capacity has brought down prices of cells and turbines. That’s making clean energy plants in more locations profitable even though governments from Germany to the U.S. are scaling back incentives. Annual investment in technologies such as solar, wind and hydropower surpassed fossil fuels for the first time in 2011. Bloomberg."

'Everything new in this life was started with the simple question: Why Not? Can we start talking that Tesla, Apple and Foxconn Is A Match Made In Heaven To Make Electric Apple iCar Under $15k? Tesla and Apple have met after all discussing SOMETHINGbefore. Whether it was Tesla Gigafactory for potential production of Lithium Polymer Batteries for iPhones and iPads or my beloved Apple iCar my "Chinese tea leaves" are not telling me at the moment, but these three companies have everything in the world to make the mass market for Electric Cars happen overnight: Apple with its Billions of Capital, iconic brand and marketing machine, Tesla Motors with Electric Cars Lithium Technology and Foxconn with its Low Cost Manufacturing Base for mass market production and entry into the world's largest auto-market in China.
