All Electric Chevrolet Bolt To Debut At CES In January 2016.

"First seen in concept form at the 2015 Detroit auto show in January, the production version of the Chevrolet Bolt EV will debut at the 2016 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in January. The new report comes from tech site The Verge.
Originally intended to show the latest in electronic technology trends, CES has been host to a growing automaker presence over the last several years. Car companies have been showing advancements in smartphone and smart device integration in their vehicles, so it’s not a stretch that a new electric vehicle might also be unveiled at the show.
Based on a unique architecture, the Chevrolet Bolt EV will reportedly offer a 200-mile range thanks to an LG Chem-supplied battery pack sandwiched on the bottom of the chassis similar to the Tesla Model S. The chassis features a mix of common and exotic materials including steel, aluminum, magnesium, and carbon fiber. With its long wheelbase and short overhangs, the EV is about the same size as the subcompact Chevrolet Trax crossover. GM says the Bolt EV will seat five with plenty of cargo space.
The Chevrolet Bolt EV will indirectly compete with the upcoming smaller Tesla Model 3 sedan. Both cars are expected to start below the $40,000 mark."
